Project Overview

Acopex Construction proudly contributed to the development of the Turawskie Lake Dam, a landmark hydraulic and environmental engineering project situated on the Mała Panew River near Turawa, Poland. Designed primarily for flood control, irrigation support, and water management, the dam also integrates a small-scale hydroelectric facility, contributing renewable energy to the region.

Delivered through an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) model over six years, this collaborative approach ensured effective coordination with government bodies and local stakeholders—supporting both infrastructure excellence and community engagement.
